Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry or email Harrico, you may provide your name, email address, organization, professional background, business objectives, estimated budget and the contents of your message. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not send bank details, identification documents or sensitive financial records through this website.

How business inquiry forms work

The investor and partnership inquiry forms send your information to Harrico and stores it in a private website database for review and follow-up. Access to the inquiry dashboard is restricted to authorized company administration. We record the submission time, review status and email processing status. Our email workflow uses Resend to send acknowledgments and notify the appropriate Harrico team when configured. Email processing may be delayed or unavailable; a successful on-page confirmation means your inquiry has been saved. Completing a form does not subscribe you to marketing or automatically release investment materials, sponsorship pricing, detailed benefits or negotiated terms.

Website operation

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information and request logs to deliver and secure the website. To reduce spam, the inquiry system temporarily retains salted hashes derived from IP addresses and email addresses, together with submission counters. These limits expire after two days and are cleared during subsequent accepted submissions. The site stores your animation preference in your browser so that your choice can be remembered on later visits. You can remove that preference through your browser’s site data settings. Our website code does not include advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics.

How information is used

Information received through an inquiry is used to review and respond to your message, discuss relevant business opportunities, maintain correspondence and protect our operations. Relevant personnel and service providers, such as email and hosting providers, may process information for these purposes. Information may also be shared with professional advisers as needed or where disclosure is legally required.

Retention and your requests

Business correspondence may be retained for follow-up, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion, email info@harricostudios.com. We may need to verify your request and consider any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Children and families

This is a corporate information website. Although it showcases HarricoKids properties, its business inquiry channels are intended for adults. We do not ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact our team so we can address it. Any future streaming service or dedicated children’s experience will require its own privacy information and safeguards before launch.

External destinations

Links to retailers, social platforms or other external services, when available, take you to websites with their own privacy practices. Purchases through Harll’s are handled by that retailer under its policies. This corporate website does not process retail payments.
