Ownership of our creative properties

Except where otherwise identified, Harrico Entertainment Studios LLC owns or controls the Harrico and HarricoKids original properties presented on this website. These include characters and their distinctive depictions, stories, scripts, fictional places and worlds, artwork, illustrations, animation, audiovisual works, music, logos, designs and other creative materials. Rights in these materials are reserved to the extent protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

This notice applies to protectable creative expression and applicable brand rights. It does not claim copyright ownership of abstract ideas, general concepts, facts or other material that the law does not protect. Third-party materials and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

HarricoKids and the parent company

HarricoKids™ is the children’s and family entertainment brand and division of Harrico Entertainment Studios LLC. Its original characters, titles, stories and other properties form part of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, except where otherwise identified. A brand or property name does not by itself identify a separately incorporated company.

Trademarks and brand identity

Harrico™, HarricoKids™, Harrico Publishing™, the associated logos and the original property names and marks identified with ™ on this site are claimed as trademarks by Harrico Entertainment Studios LLC, except where otherwise identified.

Featured property marks include S3: Secret Sleuth Society™, Mission: Deep Space™, Kei Kei and the Realm of Rainbow Ray™, That Cat and Dog Show™ (TCADS), Bernie and the Bunch™, Everyday with MAE™ and Eee-Ooh™. Omission of a symbol beside a particular use is not a waiver of any rights. The ™ symbol denotes a trademark claim.

Use of materials and licensing

Viewing this website does not grant a license or transfer ownership of any character, title, logo, story, fictional world or other property. Except as permitted by applicable law or a written authorization from the rights holder, materials may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, used in products or advertising, or otherwise commercially exploited.

Any permission is limited to its expressly agreed scope. Sponsorship recognition, a business inquiry or access to investor materials does not provide an intellectual property license. Sponsorship, investment and licensing are separate arrangements.

Development and facility concepts

Property artwork, studio illustrations and architectural visualizations may depict projects in development. Facility concepts do not establish an operating location, secured property, approved building plan or available stage inventory. Final designs and production details may change.
